Shipping policy

We use our own delivery drivers within Kathmandu for most of our deliveries, and do deliver outside Kathmandu You can expect your parcel within 2-4 business days from when it leaves our warehouse. For offer shipping outside of Kathmandu as well which is actually done via DHL.

 *PLEASE NOTE due to current high demand and workplace social distancing requirements our distribution center is taking slightly longer to send orders than usual.

When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (Only for DHL shipping outside of KTM).
